Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, Photon’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Product User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

What does this Privacy Policy Cover?
